grated carrots and walnuts
orange zest and cocoa powder
blueberries, lemon and poppyseeds
the possibilities are endless, really!
These muffins have a fairly dense texture (and surprisingly, they are better cold in my opinion!), which comes from steamed sweet potato.
The macros, for 1 muffin, in case you care:
15g carbs (3g fiber, 3g sugar)
For a total of 110 calories
That 2:1 carbs to protein ratio also makes them them ideal pre- or post-workout snack!
